Lalla Surf is a women-led surf retreat based in Imsouane, Morocco. This website serves as a community timeline where guests, surfers, and friends can share their stories, experiences, and memories from their time with us.

2. User-Generated Content

When you submit a story, photograph, article, or any other content ("User Content") through our submission form, you retain ownership of your original work. However, by submitting content, you grant Lalla Surf a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Lalla Surf website and brand.

This license includes the right to use your name and Instagram handle as attribution alongside your submitted content. We may use your content on our website, social media channels, newsletters, and promotional materials.

3. Your Representations

By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the original creator of the content or have all necessary rights to submit it.

We may edit content for clarity, formatting, length, or to ensure it aligns with our brand values. If significant changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to maintain the original intent.

5. Photography & Images

By submitting photographs, you confirm that you own the copyright or have permission from the copyright holder to share these images. You grant Lalla Surf the right to display, resize, crop, and otherwise adapt your images for web and promotional use.

If you appear in photos submitted by others and wish to have them removed, please contact us at hello@lallasurf.com and we will promptly review your request.

6. Removal Requests

If you wish to have your submitted content removed from the website at any time, please email us at hello@lallasurf.com with your request. We will process removal requests within 14 business days, though we cannot guarantee removal from archived copies or third-party platforms where content may have been shared.

We collect only the information necessary to process your submission: your name, optional Instagram handle, and the content you provide. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your email address is not required for story submissions.
